Getting started with the Solve app
The Solve app is where Field Technicians view and action the Work Orders assigned to them, from anywhere on the job.

Downloading the app
Download the Solve app from the iOS App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
Signing in

Open the Solve App.

Sign in with your Snap Send Solve portal account, or via Single Sign On (SSO) by tapping Sign in with Microsoft if your organisation has it configured.

If you are signing in using a Microsoft account, you will need to install the
Microsoft Authenticator app to authenticate your login.
Note: Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you would like SSO to be set up for your organisation.

Overview of the app
The app has three main pages:
- Home - This page displays any open Work Orders that need to be completed today as well as a count of an work orders that were completed for the current day.
- My Work Orders - The full list of jobs assigned to you with the ability to view & sort the jobs in list view or view them on a map.
- Account - Access your profile and app settings.
Working offline
The Solve app supports offline use. Work Orders are automatically downloaded when you are online and ready for you when you lose connectivity. Actions taken on Work Orders without connectivity are saved and synced automatically once you're back online.
