Changing an Incident Icon
How to customise your incident icons
We have a bank of options available in the Icon tab to suit a variety of use cases.
Once you select an icon, you can see how it will appear in the app or web form in the Preview panel. If you have a use case for a new type of icon, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to discuss.
